We believe better results are achieved when good minds come together. Based on this notion we created The Consulting Collaborative. Founded in 2007, The Consulting Collaborative is a group of affiliated consultants who provide strategic solutions to nonprofits and foundations. We each have our own consulting practices, but meet regularly to brainstorm on cases and collaborate on projects when our combined expertise will best meet our clients’ needs. We share common approaches to our work and at the same time bring distinct perspectives and experience.

Building Consulting Teams
We draw upon our members to build consulting teams and tailor our approach to meet each client’s needs, culture and values. Since each of our consultants has a distinct specialty or style, we create teams that will best serve the needs of each consulting engagement.

 Drawing on Collective Expertise
We formed The Consulting Collaborative expressly to challenge our thinking and collectively brainstorm on how best to serve our clients. Each month, our members meet and present client cases for the group’s input. We have fertile discussions–and sometimes constructive disagreements–on how to address the challenge at hand for the client. Each of our clients benefits from the group’s collective input–at no extra charge.
